Welcome! I’m Magda Occhicone, a licensed marriage and family therapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships, communicate more effectively, and move through conflict with care and clarity.

Through this work, I’ve seen how the relational struggles that affect us at home—burnout, disconnection, miscommunication—also show up in the workplace. Leaders and teams often face the same challenges: navigating change, managing emotions, working through conflict, and trying to stay connected while under pressure.

That’s why in addition to my therapy practice, I now offer consulting and coaching for organizations. I bring a therapy-informed lens to leadership development, team dynamics, and workplace wellness—helping founders, executives, and mission-driven teams build cultures of trust, emotional intelligence, and sustainable success.
